Customer Returns
Returning goods from a customer is often a difficult process to manage because it depends highly on the conditions for the return.
Handling returns in Business Central can be a tedious, manual process. But with the right approach — and the tools already available in the BC360 Base Application — returns can be handled quickly and consistently every time.
We have extended the Copy Document functionality to make this easier. You can now create a credit memo or return order directly to an alternative location, making it straightforward to route returned goods to a dedicated returns location rather than back into your main stock. We recommend setting up a RETURN location specifically for this purpose.
