Description

Over time, every Business Central implementation accumulates customers, vendors and items that are no longer active — old accounts, discontinued products and former suppliers that clutter up lists and reports without adding any value.

The Archive app gives you a clean way to handle this. Customers, vendors and items can be archived when they are no longer needed, removing them from everyday lists and reports without deleting the underlying data. When you do need to find an archived record — for historical reference or to reactivate it — a simple action brings it back into view on demand.

The result is a cleaner, more focused Business Central environment where your active data is easy to find and your historical data is safely out of the way until you need it.
