Edit Prices

Edit sales prices directly from the item card without navigating price lists — and easily manage ending dates to ensure price increases are applied correctly and old prices don't override new ones.

Features

  • Edit prices directly from the Item
  • Manage end dates

Description

Managing sales prices in standard Business Central means navigating price lists — opening them, finding the right lines and editing them one by one. For anyone who worked with the classic NAV pricing experience, it feels like unnecessary friction.

Edit Prices brings back a direct, straightforward way to manage prices. Edit sales prices directly from the item card without opening a price list — quickly and intuitively, just as it worked in NAV.

Ending dates are easy to manage too, which matters more than it might seem. Standard Business Central always picks the cheapest valid price for a customer, so if an old price line is left open without an ending date it will continue to be used even after a price increase has been set up. Edit Prices makes it simple to update ending dates on existing price lines, ensuring the right price is always applied and old prices are cleanly closed off when they should be.
