Description

Order Follow-Up gives your sales and purchasing teams a simple, structured way to keep track of documents that need attention. Set a follow-up date on any sales or purchase document, add a comment to describe what action is needed, and the follow-up appears in the Business 360 Role Center — ready to act on.

It is lightweight by design. There is no complex workflow or separate system to manage — just a clear reminder tied to the document, visible from the Role Center where your team already works. Nothing falls through the cracks and everyone knows what needs to be done and when.
