Description

The PDF Viewer app makes working with documents in Business Central significantly more efficient when you have a second screen. Open a PDF on your second monitor and it stays in sync with whatever record you are viewing on your main screen — automatically, without any extra clicks.

The practical difference is immediate. When reviewing a list of purchase invoices for approval, for example, simply move through the list on your main screen and the scanned invoice or document on your second screen updates to match. You see the document and the Business Central record side by side at all times, making it faster and easier to verify, approve or query what you are looking at.

No switching between windows, no manual searching for the right document — just a smooth, connected experience across both screens.
